- Eligible Returns MUST be authorized by Wilma Accessories Limited within 7 days of receipt and can be returned for repair or replacement only. We'll send you an approval code which must be sent with the returned item along w/ reason.
- Custom Orders CANNOT be Returned. This includes but is not limited to personalized and monogrammed items, prototypes, samples, bespoke footwear and items that are out of stock.
- YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE NO QUESTIONS ASKED. (Please e-mail us with the word CANCEL and your order number in the subject line to cancel your order within 24 hours.) We'll e-mail you back your cancellation confirmation, no problem & no questions asked.
- We ship by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Post. You may contact us for other options (Fed Ex expedited) if you are in a rush. Remember, though, that you are ordering directly from the manufacturer, so ordering a Fed Ex overnight delivery may not get you the product any faster if we do not have it in stock.
We gladly accept Visa or Mastercard & Paypal sorry, no Amex at this time.
